It has been a long time since I have done a post. Michigan winter has not been very conducive to standing outside getting pictures taken. Today, however, the sun was shining and it was practically spring-like at 30 degrees.
I have been impatiently waiting to show you this beautiful hand-made, vintage, floral, velvet maxi skirt I found at Salvation Army for $3.99. I gasped when I found it. Well, I guess it may have been a little louder than a gasp.
I couldn't help it. It's beautiful.
And when I tried it on, it fit perfectly.
I paired the skirt with a western denim shirt. It's a boy's shirt that I found on clearance at JC Penny when I was supposed to be shopping for my son. I am sure I got him something too.
I just don't remember what. Maybe socks?
Well, anyway. Here's the vintage velvet skirt in the middle of a snowy Michigan corn field.
