Schoolwork. Two sniffling, coughing kids that feel blah. One trip to the orthodontist to get a broken wire repaired. Make lunch. More schoolwork.
A house that needs to be cleaned. A group training session that has to be planned by 5:30. School lessons that must be corrected. Music to memorize and choreography to create for tomorrow night's fitness class. Supper to prep. Group training at 6:00.
We all have our busy days. I am sitting down in the middle of mine typing this blog because it's therapeutic. Fifteen minutes out of your day to breathe, take a walk, call a friend...what ever you decide to do to keep a little sanity during a busy day can make a big difference.
And wearing a fun outfit helps, too.
